  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photos, descriptions, sizes, colors, and specifications.

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Minor differences between product photos and the delivered product may occur.

  • Product availability can change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Offers

  • Product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotional prices and offers may have specific validity periods.

  • Babylist BD reserves the right to change prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after Babylist BD accepts the order.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on the customer's location and courier availability.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, transportation problems, strikes, or other circumstances outside Babylist BD's control may occur.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the parcel.

  • Additional delivery or return charges may apply when a customer refuses or fails to receive a dispatched order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Customers are expected to receive the parcel after confirming the order.

  • Customers should inspect the package and product according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Repeatedly placing orders and refusing delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being available to receive the order.

  • Checking product instructions and using products appropriately.
